Well that is the formality out of the way. With a love of triathlons since 1993 it has become a way of life. Eight Ironman finishes, too many halves to count and many many ‘hell of the west’s’ you could say that it is about the triathlon way. My best part is the swim and not so much about the love of the bike since not being able to own, or ride one till 21 years of age. (Blame the parents for that one). Anyway with a beautiful daughter that has been present for more triathlons then I have had Birthdays and a son who has met more elite triathletes then I have fingers, I must say that coaching is a wonderful experience and the daily thrive to get my athletes to succeed is a wonderful way to start the day. To find out more about training with Coach Cath keep on reading about the services offered and then phone or email to make contact. Look forward to seeing you at a session soon………

Well, as a coach and an athlete within the Vision Tri Club Family I must say I may not make it to 8 ironman finishes but I'm on my way to my first at Port Macquarie this year.  Under the program of Coach Cath and with the support of the club members.  CAN'T WAIT!!  My wife and 2 daughters train with Vision and have been loving it. Come and see us at a session soon.
