Written by Helen In June this year my two nephews (Michael , 10 and Luke, 7) took part in their first ever triathlon in the UK! They spent the days leading up to the race practicing their transition from the padding pool in the garden to their bike, throwing the bike on the grass and running off around the field! It was such a privilege to be able to watch them practice and share in their excitement and nerves! With new bikes, elastic laces and a heart full of enthusiasm they had a fantastic race and finished asking when they could do the next one! I hope they can fit the odd race into their busy schedule of soccer, swimming, judo, hockey and all the other sports they do! We are so proud of them! WELL DONE BOYS!!!
