CONGRATULATIONS to Matt on finishing the Port Mac Ironman. Words can't describe his aura at the moment and no-one can take that smile off his face. The day of ironman is one filled with such emotion, physical energy and hype. It takes an athlete to the highest of highs and the lowest of lows - running down the finishers line with the crowd yelling and screaming and family there ready for a hug is the biggest feeling of elation that if anyone else wishes to experience it ---Matt is hooked...and your coach is a nutter so is happy to train you for it.... Check his ironman medal out - gives you a great feeling :) Matt, well done and the club was so behind you over the week end, it was a lovely experience from a coaches point of view to see it in action.
