Tour de Tri Challenge

ONE week dedicated to each discipline with athletes working one each discipline every day (for example a week dedicated to swim mileage followed by a week of cycle mileage, then run mileage and finally a triathlon mileage…ARE YOU UP FOR THIS???

Annual Mooloolaba Training Camp

First week end in March, Friday afternoon to Sunday 11am.

Gold Coast Training Camp

 

Utilising the facilities at the Runaway Bay Sports Super Centre and Luke Harrop Track – Fabulous for all abilities.

Goondiwindi Squad Cohesion Road Tour

 

Come out with the club to Goondiwindi to race or support. The club convoy out and enjoy the banter with the walkie talkies. Race individually or in a team or Yell. All welcome and we will have dinner together and a bbq lunch post the race while presentations are on.

State Of Origin Team Championships

 

The week of the State of Origin means GAME ON in the club as athletes are put in teams to battle against each other in training specific events that spark the competitiveness up of all….even take on the coaches in some events. Prizes up for grabs.

 

Burger Night

 

Eating is what we do so we do it together on a Thursday night after swim training we head down for a bit to eat and chat….without lycra on.

End of Season Picnic

 

Meet and greet coaches, join the club for the next season, eat and drink…a little…play some footy and bring family and friends that have supported you throughout race season. A way to say thank you and well done.

XMAS Party

To coincide with the 5km fun run in Santa outfits or wearing the red/ green / candy canes or mistletoe the club members will meet up for champaign glasses filled with yumminess. All are invited to bring along some fillings to put in their glasses and top it off with champaign…or non alcoholic.
