Because the times suited, I liked that Coach Cath had young kids too and the smiley face on the club kit just looked really cool

To get a few races in at the beginning of next year.
I loved netball and got to the top in South Australia but was then lured away by rowing until I decided to move overseas for a couple of years and stop exercising all together.
Michael!! Not only is he a machine but he is always there to provide support at training or races and is always happy to help with any bike troubles or questions. Michael works so hard and if he has missed a session he must be really sick!!!
