Well being the Founder and Head Coach of the club would mean that I should be a member yes???
That anyone can do it if they put their mind to the task. In saying that there are those who will complete the event and those who train, race, complete and then achieve what they set up for themself.
Half Ironman Distance is the best for racing but I will be tackling another ironman later just to say you can smash your pre baby time with your post baby time!!!
Ironman, Forster. Training for the event and life itself was just full of adversity so getting to the start line was a miracle. Completing the race was even tougher when it all turned on its head - but conquer the race I did!!
Swimming all the way!!!
All my tips are good right??? I'm the coach so they will have to be good...the ones I keep to myself are the ones I will have to use to bet an athlete here and there!!!!
Not cutting my toe nails prior to goondiwindi race - they then got black, fell off and eventually grew back in time for the next years race...oh, and never eat Chinese from a shop run by Australians....
5 Mountain Ride - the worst yet best all at once. (thanks to Al Pitman and the manufacturers of GU)
To see all my athletes achive their goals.
Oh ,,, there isn't enough space here!!!! only kidding
Martial Arts - there is another side to this coach. 21 years of training and then becoming an instructor throughout that all adds up to a lot of fighting!!! Persistance, Dedication, Focus and Indominable Spirit.
I don't really look up to other athletes. I like to see real life people achieve extraordinary things while keeping all the real world things together. That shows the forward thinking that this sport requires.
