Good, small club with a great coach and lots of characters.
I'm definately aiming for the Olympic distance and hoping to get competitive in the next year.
In high school, three squad mates and I set out to make an AIC 4x800m record. Dodgy windy track out at UQ, after 3 of them came in, we were about 5 seconds under pace so I had to set out for a 3 second pb. We made the time by .3 seconds, but my lunch didn't stay down long.
It would have to be the run. Its just what I'm used to and I feel really at home there.
Make training a habit.
I'd love to compete in triathlon at a respectable level, having a go at the junior elites would be great.
A few all-schools track titles.
Not yet, I always get injured or fall just short.
Jay Twist. He is a young track runner with an extremely modest temperament. He trains with perfect consistency and always offers a hand to other runners. Even though all winter and spring he seems to be slower then other runners around, it's that dedication to training properly that makes him compete really well come season.
