The individual challenge
Having done a few now I think I am settled on Olympic
Hell of the West, the name says it all. Lack of training and ability really showed in this race along with running 20k with only one good leg (not recommended)
Swim.... yeah right, cycle is my strongest
Never race with something that you have not trained with. Plan well = race well
So far so good
Mt Nebo, beautiful scenery and rolling hills
Get faster, bike average to 40kph and run a sub 40min 10k, oh and maybe something with the swim time
